Sr. HR Officer

Requirements :

Male/ Female, Age 35 Years Maximum
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree From reputable university in HR Management, Law or equivalent.
Having 5 year(s) experience in similar field
Able to speak English oral & written is a must
Understanding of Manpower regulation & implementation
Have strong knowledge and experience related to industrial Relation
Deep understanding of HRIS System (data base, payroll, training, recruitment)
Having effective communication & negotiation skill and strong leadership
Team player & able to work along cross functional teams
Able to operate the computer especially office program.
SAP is added advantage
